Our services include weekly video chat sessions conducted by a qualified coach.
Sessions may cover topics such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, goal setting, and lifestyle changes.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about their health, intentions, and goals.
Clients must adhere to scheduled appointment times and notify us in advance of any scheduling conflicts or cancellations.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting client privacy and confidentiality. All personal and health information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
By using our services, clients acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided as part of our wellness coaching services are the property of Kai Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Clients may use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without our prior written consent.
6. Fees and Payments
Clients agree to pay the fees for our wellness coaching services as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of coaching sessions. We accept payment through Stripe.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages arising from the use of our wellness coaching services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
9. Governing Law

11. No-Show Policy
Clients are expected to attend scheduled coaching sessions punctually. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice or cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, they will be considered a "no-show."
Clients are allowed up to three (3) no-show instances during the contracted service period without penalty.
For each subsequent no-show occurrence beyond the allowed limit, a fee of $100 will be charged to the client's account.
No-show fees must be paid within 7 days of the missed session.
